Welcome

Content (color gray 1)

We’re delighted to welcome you to your studies on one of our online degree programmes. As your Student Success Team, we are pleased to act as your initial point of contact from the time that you join one of our courses to your graduation day.

We know that, as an online student studying at King’s College London, you’ll

be accessing our courses from across thev globe. Additionally, we appreciate that many of you have chosen to study at a distance and on a part-time basis as you are also managing full-time work and family commitments alongside the pursuit of your degree. You may not always be able to reach our on-campus facilities as easily (or at all) and have busy schedules.

We’re here to make sure that you can have your queries answered as expediently and easily as someone studying on one of our on-campus courses in London. Our Student Success Team has been designed around your specific needs as an online student.

In this guide, you’ll find all you need to know about our team, how we can support you, when and how you can contact us and much more. For any further queries about the Student Success Team, please contact us using the details on the back page.

We look forward to speaking with you soon.
